                  A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 20191, 
                  ENCAPTIONED "A RESOLUTION APPROVING TWENTIETH 
                  YEAR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDING 
                  AS SHOWN MORE FULLY HEREINBELOW." SO AS TO 
                  AMEND THE PURPOSE FOR FUNDING TO THE MARTIN 
                  LUTHER KING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION 
                  AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED HEREINBELOW.
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Resolution No. 20191, encaptioned 
       hereinabove, be and is hereby amended so as to revise Paragraph 
       No. 13 therein by designating that said funds in the amount of 
       $10,000.00 are "to be used for rehabilitation to the Central City 
       Complex" rather than "to fund a study of the feasibility of a 
       small business resource center in the M. L. King area."
